Where do my orders ship from?

Your beautiful Mariel & Co. pieces will be shipped directly from our warehouse in China. We use trusted partners to ensure your shoes arrives safely and efficiently.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to get processing. After that, it will take:

How do you ensure the quality of your shoes?

At Marielshoes, quality is at the heart of everything we do. We attention to detail ensure that every shoe mirrors the original, preserving the essence of luxury without compromise. All our shoes are used finest materials, each one carefully selected and tested to meet our exacting standards.

When products are out of stock, do you replenish stocks?

When a product is out of stock, it is marked as “temporarily out of stock” and we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.

Can the price of a product change?

The price of a product can change depending on your local currency or if there is a promotion or discount. Mariel & Co. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time while guaranteeing the price in force at the time of order confirmation. Mariel & Co. is not obliged to compensate the customer after the time of purchase.

How do I figure out my shoe size?

You only need to take two measurements when determining your shoe size: foot length and foot width. To do this, you’ll need a flat ruler and a wall. We recommend measuring both feet since one may be larger than the other; if there’s a notable difference, buy the larger size.
How to Measure Foot Length
Let’s start by measuring your foot length
Step 1: Position the ruler flat on the floor, with the zero end aligned against the wall.
Step 2: Stand with your heel touching the wall and your toes pointing straight ahead, making sure your heel is lightly in contact with the wall without pressing too hard.
Step 3: Measure the distance from the wall/your heel to the tip of your longest toe, which is usually the big toe or the second toe. If your foot exceeds the length of the ruler, use a measuring tape instead.
Step 4: Write this number down.
How to Measure Foot Width
Now that you’ve measured your foot length, let’s measure the widest part of your foot for a proper fit.
Step 1: Position the ruler horizontally on the ground in front of you.
Step 2: Stand on the ruler with the ball of your foot, which is the widest part.
Step 3: Measure the distance from one side of your foot to the other
Step 4: Write this number down.
Important:
For the most accurate measurement, it’s best to measure your feet at the end of the day. Feet tend to swell throughout the day and may have a slightly larger measurement in the evening than in the morning.
If your feet are two different sizes, use the foot measurements of the larger foot when comparing your measurements against a size chart. If there’s a notable difference, please buy the larger size.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Can I use more than one discount code?

Sorry! Only one discount code can be applied to an order. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be redeemed after this point.

How do I use a discount code?

Steps to use a discount code at checkout:

3. Enter your discount code (if available) before checkout.


4. Enter your email address & shipping information


5. Select a valid payment method.


6. Confirm the order.


7. You will receive an email confirming your order, and another when it ships – together with a tracking link so you can check its status.

What currency are your prices listed in?

All of the prices on our website are listed in USD.

Why was my payment declined?

Mariel & Co. Shoes does not decline payments. Your payment may have been declined by your card issuer for various reasons:
1. Incorrect Card Information: Please ensure the accuracy of your card details, including the expiration date, billing address, and security code (located on the back of your Visa/Mastercard).
2. Card Issuer Bank: It’s possible that your card issuer bank declined the payment.
3. Insufficient Balance: Verify that there are sufficient funds available on your card to cover the purchase.
4. Inconsistent/Incorrect Addresses: Confirm that both your shipping and billing addresses are precise and match.
If all the provided information is correct and your payment continues to be declined, you may consider trying an alternate web browser or exploring alternative payment methods to complete your order.

What do I do if the checkout page doesn’t work?

We apologize for any inconvenience. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

I forgot to apply my discount code at checkout. Can I get reimbursed?

We are unable to provide retroactive discounts on any orders already placed due to software restrictions. Please input your discount code prior to completing checkout, as this cannot be updated after an order is placed.

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please consider the following potential issues:
– Verify Your Email Address: First, ensure that the email address you used to place the order is accurate and spelled correctly.
– Check Your Spam Folder: Sometimes, order confirmation emails can end up in your spam or junk folder by mistake. Please take a moment to check these folders to see if the email has been misplaced.
If you still cannot find the order confirmation email Please contact us straight away at support@marielshoes.com with the Full Name the order was placed under.

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?

We prepare orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed in time to proceed with the modification.
However, please reach our customer service team through our support email or WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I cancel my order?

To request a cancellation of your order, you must contact us through our support email within 24 hours of placing it. After this time frame, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellations.

Can I exchange an item for another size, style or color?

We want you to beWe do not offer exchanges for this situation. When it comes to this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and contact our customer service for the return procedure.

Why does the tracking number show ‘delivered’ when I haven’t received my package yet?

To resolve this, please follow these steps:
1. Verify that the delivery address on your order is accurate.
2. Check if someone else in your household or a neighbor received the package on your behalf or if it was left in a different location nearby.
3. Contact your local courier for further information on the delivery. If you still cannot locate your package, , please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@marielshoes.com for assistance.

How can I track an order?

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order anytime by follow these steps:


1. Click on the Order Tracking link in the footer of each page. You will need your order number, billing last name and billing zip code.


2. Log in to My Account and go to the My Orders section. From there you will be able to choose which order you’d like to view and you will have an option to track the order.


3. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the tracking number.

In some cases, for logistical reasons, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages, but you’ll be able to track them all with your separate tracking number.

What is your exchange & return policy?

It is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition, without any obvious signs of use; if not, no return may be made. It is your responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that the parcels reach Mariel & Co. in perfect condition.
If you are struggling to find suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process your return.
Products purchased during sales or promotion campaigns will be refunded according to the conditions of the campaign.

We recommend that you get in touch with our customer service team through our support email or WhatsApp, in order to exchange the incorrect/faulty piece for the correct one. Please upload a picture of the jewel received, for our team to be able to assist you quicker.

What do I do if a part of my order is missing?

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused. Kindly contact the Mariel & Co.Shoes Support team at support@marielshoes.com and include photos of the items you received, along with the USPS code on the packaging. Additionally, please specify whether there was any damage to the outer package upon arrival. Please rest assured that we will swiftly devise a satisfactory solution to address the issue.

I received the wrong item or a faulty item. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize if you received an incorrect or faulty item. To resolve this quickly, please contact our friendly customer service team through our support email or WhatsApp. For a faster resolution, please include a picture of the item you received when contacting us. This will help our team identify the issue and expedite the replacement process.
